Dr Jonathan Rice DC MA
After 5 years of training Jonathan graduated from the prestigious Welsh Institute of Chiropractic with a Masters degree in Chiropractic. Within this time training he treated over 500 patients with presenting complaints ranging from simple chronic low back pain to knee and wrist arthritis. Dr Rice has also spent over 50 surgical hours with two of the UK’s most respected Orthopaedic Surgeons at the Prince Charles Hospital to ensure that he is well placed to meet the needs of his patient’s that require a conservative approach before the need for surgery.
After graduating Jonathan practiced in the esteemed Back to Health Clinic in Richmond South West London where his treatments focused on structural correction of the Spine in order to achieve the best long standing results for his patients. Jonathan has brought this passion with him to Advanced Chiropractic in Dublin. His aim is to deliver the best possible care to his new patients in Ireland.
Jonathan has been a member of the United Chiropractic Association, the British Chiropractic Association and is registered with the Chiropractic Association of Ireland.
Dr David Sweeney DC MA
At the age of 10 David had an excruciating pain in his neck and lost power to his shoulder and arm, his grandfather manipulated his neck using a Chiropractic adjustment and immediately the pain was completely gone and the power to his shoulder and arm returned. After this moment he knew that he would become a Chiropractor as his vocation in life.
David studied at the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic and his final year of the qualification was spent in the outpatient clinic at the Institution treating a wide variety of health problems. David is highly skilled in adjustment techniques to the spine and extremities, he is also qualified to take, develop and read x-ray films. He has a specific interested in postural analysis and Chiropractic in competitive Surfing.
He has a huge passion for changing people's lives through Chiropractic, David loves to see patients fully enjoy the rewards of their care by becoming pain free and leading happier, healthier lifestyles. He especially feels that it is his personal responsibility as one of the few Irish Chiropractors working in Dublin to educate Dubliners about Chiropractic and its importance for spinal health. Dr Sweeney does this through his educational workshops that run twice every week in the practice, which his patient's and public are invited to attend.
David is currently a member of the Chiropractic Association of Ireland
